1. Trauma Care in Somalia: Participants will share insights into the unique challenges of trauma care in Somalia, focusing on practical approaches for managing injuries in resource-limited settings. Scientific discussions will explore current strategies and outcomes in orthopedic trauma management across the country.

2. Arthroplasty in Somalia: This session will highlight the evolving field of joint reconstruction in Somalia. Presentations will cover local experiences, surgical techniques, and innovations in hip and knee arthroplasty adapted to the Somali healthcare context.

3. Pediatric Orthopedics: Participants will discuss the burden and management of common musculoskeletal conditions affecting children in Somalia. The session will emphasize early diagnosis, treatment options, and the need for specialized pediatric orthopedic services.

4. Spine: Focused discussions will address current practices, surgical challenges, and innovations in managing spinal pathologies in Somalia. Case-based presentations will provide insights into both trauma-related and degenerative spinal conditions.

5. Research Highlights: Somali Orthopedic Association will present a landmark study assessing the current orthopedic care capacity in Somalia. This research aims to provide data-driven insights into workforce availability, infrastructure, and access to essential orthopedic services serving as a foundation for policy recommendations and system strengthening

6. Virtual Session: A dedicated virtual session, organized in collaboration with SICOT (International Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology), will feature esteemed international faculty presenting on key topics aligned with the conference theme. This session will provide an opportunity for global experts to share their insights, surgical experiences, and innovative practices, enriching the academic exchange and strengthening international partnerships in orthopedic development.
